The HTML Reference Library - This is the official web site of The HTML Reference Library (HTMLib), a Windows .hlp file that details all current HTML elements and includes a table telling which tags are supported by MS Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, and NCSA Mosaic. The site includes a brief FAQ and, most importantly, links to sites where you can download the application FREE. Also included in the HTMLib is the Colour Wizard, which lets you toy with various text and background color arrangements without having to actually change the code and reload in order to see the results.
