This example shows how to create a simple rotating image, using Photoshop and Gif Construction Set. You could also create this image using almost any other paint program, including PaintShop Pro, CorelPhotoPaint, etc. Instead of using a snowflake, you could also use your company logo, type, etc.

Then the snowflake was selected (using Ctrl+A, or Edit / Select All) and Rotated 10 degrees counterclockwise, using the Image > Rotate > Arbitrary. The file was duplicated and rotated 10 degrees counterclockwise a total 4 times:

Each snowflake file was indexed, using Mode > Index, and saved as a separate gif file.
Photoshop was closed, and a new file was opened in the Gif Construction Set (available from Alchemy Mindworks).
In order for the gif animation to loop, the first thing to do is to add a Loop Control Block. Select Insert > Loop to add the Loop Control Block. You can set the number of times the animation will repeat by selecting the Loop Control Block, and selecting Edit > Iterations. Before each image is a Control Block. You set the delay between gif animation frames within the Control Block by selecting Edit > Delay, and setting the amount of time for the delay between animation frames.

The original snowflake files were 1K each, and the final animation for the snowflake is 9K. The page of animated snowflakes was created by using two different animations of snowflakes, repeated across the page. Once the animation is loaded into browser cache, each file will only need to load once, thus creating a full screen animation for 21K ( 9K for each animation plus 3K for the HTML file).
